By placing an order through the Store, you ("you" or the "Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy. ## 1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
## 2. Eligibility and Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, you must submit your request within thirty (30) days of the date on which your order was delivered. Requests submitted after this period may, at our sole discretion, be declined. To initiate a request, you must provide your order number and the email address associated with your order, together with any supporting information we may reasonably require.
## 3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return any product to us until you have received return instructions and authorization from our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
## 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item that differs from the one you ordered, please contact us at support@avenaorganics.com within thirty (30) days of delivery and include your order number along with photographs or other documentation evidencing the issue. In such cases, we will, at our option, provide a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will bear any associated return shipping costs. We may, at our discretion, determine that return of the affected item is not required.
## 5. Satisfaction (Change-of-Mind) Returns
If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind or are otherwise not satisfied, and the product is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within the thirty (30) day window described above. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fee. For health and safety reasons, we may require that any returned product be unused and, where applicable, that only the unused portion be returned. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
## 6. Non-Returnable Items and Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return or refund: products requested for return after the thirty (30) day window; products that have been used, consumed, or damaged after delivery other than as a result of a defect or our error; promotional or free items; and gift cards.
