# Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the processing, fulfillment, and delivery of all orders placed through our online store (the "Store"), which is owned and operated by Thump Media Group LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order through the Store, you ("you" or the "Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

## 1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of being placed, excluding circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Order processing time is distinct from, and does not include, shipping and delivery time. Orders are dispatched from one of our international fulfillment warehouses, and the originating warehouse for any given order is determined by the date and location of production of our most recent product batch, thereby ensuring that each Customer receives the freshest available stock. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation notice by email containing applicable tracking information.

## 2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to Customers located within the United States and to select international destinations. If your country or region is not available for selection at checkout, you may contact us at support@avenaorganics.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request where feasible.

## 3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times following order processing are as set forth below:

All delivery estimates are provided in good faith for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within any specified timeframe. For purposes of this Policy, "business days" means Monday through Friday, exclusive of public holidays. Stated delivery windows are exclusive of the twenty-four (24) hour order processing period described in Section 1.

## 4. Shipping Methods and Costs

We may make available one or more of the following shipping methods, subject to the offer through which your order is placed:

- **Standard Shipping.** Most orders qualify for complimentary standard shipping at no additional cost to the Customer.
- **Expedited Shipping.** Where available, an expedited shipping option may be selected at checkout for an additional charge. The cost and estimated delivery speed of expedited shipping vary by destination and are disclosed at checkout prior to completion of your purchase.

The availability of shipping methods and any promotional free-shipping offers may vary depending on the specific promotion, campaign, or sales channel through which an order is placed. In all cases, the shipping options and corresponding charges displayed at checkout shall constitute the rates applicable to your order.

## 5. Tracking and Insurance

All orders are shipped on a tracked and insured basis. A tracking number will be provided by email upon dispatch of your order. In the event that your tracking information has not updated within a reasonable number of business days following dispatch, we encourage you to contact our support team for assistance.

## 6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are levied by the applicable governmental authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Such charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend that Customers consult their local customs office for further information prior to placing an international order.

## 7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, carrier delays, customs inspection or clearance, adverse weather conditions, or periods of high order volume. While we cannot be held liable for such delays, we will use reasonable efforts to assist you in locating and tracking any delayed shipment.

## 8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Because all orders are shipped insured, in the event that a package is lost in transit, arrives in a damaged condition, or is confirmed missing following delivery, the Customer must notify us at support@avenaorganics.com within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date. Such notice should include the applicable order number and any supporting documentation, including photographs where relevant. Upon receipt of a valid claim, we will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include the provision of a replacement or the filing of an insurance claim, as appropriate.

## 9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We shall not be responsible or liable for any order shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer. Should you identify an error in your shipping address, please contact us as promptly as possible; address corrections can only be accommodated prior to dispatch of the order.
